2. Personal data we process
Identity and contact data: name, title, organisation, email address, phone number and message content you share when you contact us by email.
Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, and date and time of access processed technically by our infrastructure providers when you visit the website.
The website has no contact form, membership or user accounts.

Responding to your requests and questions, and managing proposal and service processes.
Managing communication and contractual processes related to our advisory services.
Ensuring website security and preventing misuse and cyber attacks.
Complying with legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5(2): (c) processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller, and (f) the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Personal data is collected, partly by automated means, through emails you send us and through our infrastructure providers when you visit the website.
6. Transfers
Within the limits of the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with legally authorised public institutions and with business partners from whom we receive services.
Website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email infrastructure (Google Workspace), web fonts (Google Fonts) and image servers (Unsplash, Pexels) are service providers located abroad. Transfers abroad arising from the use of these services are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in KVKK Article 9.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction under KVKK Article 7; to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You may submit requests in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: in writing to Fenerbahçe Mah. İğrip Sk. No: 13 İç Kapı No: 1 Kadıköy / İstanbul, or from your email address registered with us to [email protected]. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
